Session 3: Market Research and Validation Monday am 2 December 2024 online
– Techniques for conducting market research, analysing competitors, and validating business ideas through customer feedback.

Session 4: Legal Essentials & Financial Planning – Monday am 16 December 2024 at CEME
– Overview of legal requirements, including entity formation, contracts, and intellectual property protection.
– Workshops on financial management, budgeting, and fundraising strategies. Introduction to grants, loans, and investment opportunities.

Session 5: Case Studies and Sustainability – Monday am 13 January 2025 at CEME
– Analysis of relevant sustainable businesses, including strategy, product development, and marketing communications.
– Discussion on environmental and social sustainability practices, carbon literacy, footprint reduction, and social impact assessment.
